7. ACCOUNTING BY TRUSTEE. The Trustee, not less than annually,
shall render an account of its transactions with respect to the Trust.
8. COMPENSATION OF TRUSTEE. The Trustee shall be entitled
to receive as compensation for its services in the administration
of the Trust, comanissions in accordance with tl~e then published
rates of the Trustee.
9. LIABILITY OF TRUSTEE. The Trustee shall not be liable
for any loss or depreciation in the value of the trust estate occurring
by reason of error of judgment in making any sale, investment, or
reinvestment, or in continuing to hold in trust any property here- ,
with or hereafter transferred to the Trustee or any investment or
reinvestment hereafter made, unless it shall have failed to act in good
faith~or with reasonable care.
10. RESIGNATION AND SUCCESSOR. The Trustee shall have the
right to resign at any time and upon such resignation the Trustee
shall secure the appointment of a successor Trustee by a court of
competent jurisdiction at the expense of the Trust.
11. SITUS. This agreement shall be construed and regulated
by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. IRREVOCABILITY. The Grantor hereby declares that

i this Agreement and all trusts and beneficial interests, whether vested

~ or contingent, hereby created shall be irrevocable and that the Grantor
` shall hereafter stand without power at any time to revoke, change, or

~ annul any of the provisions herein contained or any of the vested or
~ contingent beneficial interests affected thereby.
