ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEI~T
THIS CAUSE comi.ng on to be heard this 31st day of January,
1975, upon the Motion for Order of Contempt filed by Gerald S. James,
Esq., alleging non-payment of attorney fees as provided by prior Court
order, and the Court having heard testimony of the Husband, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Contempt be, and
it is hereby, granted, and the Husband, GARY A. PICRLESIMER be, and
_ he is hereby, found to be in contempt and remanded to the custody of
Sheriff C. L. Norvell to be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail for
a period of ten (10) days, provided said GARY A. PICKLESII~R may purge
himself of said confinement by the prompt payment of $17.00 per week,
beginning Monday, February 3, 1975, and on each consecutive Monday of
each succeeding week until the total amount of $402.50 is paid in full.
Said sums'to be paid in cash at the Office of Gerald S. James, Esq.,

` 208 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon the failure of _

~ Husband, GARY A. PIQCLESII~R, to make the weekly payments herein ordered,
~ upon the sworn affidavit filed by Gerald S. James, Esq., alleging non-
~ payment of any installment due,~the Court upon receiving said affidavit
~
~ shall enter an order of commitment committing GARY A. PICKLESIMER to
~ serve the confinement herein ordered.
