ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 31st day of January,
1975, upon the Mot~on for Order of Contempt, and the Husband, BOBBIE
JOE WALLAGB appearing before the Court and the Court finding that said
Husband is not in wilful contempt but is indebted to Gerald S. James,
Esq., for attorney fees and Court costs in the sum of $305.50, it is,
therefore, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~D that the Motion for Order of Contempt
be, and it is hereby, denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, BOBBIE
JOE WALLACE be, and he is hereby, found indebted to Gerald S. James
in the sum of $305.50 and judgment is entered against said Husband,
BOBBIE JOE WALLAC~', in the total sum of $305.50, for all of which let
! execution issue.
` IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court reserves

; jurisdiction of this cause and the parties thereto for the entrance
