THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion for Order
of Contempt filed by Gerald S. James, BSq., alleging non-payment of 4
attorney fees as provided by prior Court order, the Court hearing ~
I
testimony of the Husband, it is '

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Contempt be, and ~
it is hereby, granted, and the Husband, DORRIS DEAN AANNER be, and
he is hereby, found in contempt and remanded to the custody of Sheriff
C. L. Norvell to be confined in the St. i,ucie County Jail for a period
of ten (10) days, provided eaid DORRIS DEAN HANNER may purge himself
of said confinement by the prompt,payment of $25.00 per week, beginning
Monday, February 3, 1975, and on each consecutive-Monday of each suc-
ceeding week until the total amount due in the sum of $238.00 is paid
in full. Said sums to be paid in cash at the Office of Gerald S.

; James, 208 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.

[ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon the failure

i of Husband, DORRIS DEAN HANNER, to make the weekly payments herein ~

; ordered, upon the sworn affidavit filed by Gerald S. James, Esq.,

E alleging non-payment of any installment due, the Court upon receiving

~ said affidavit shall enter an order of commitment committing DORRIS
~
~ DEAN HANNER to serve the confinement herein ordered.
