WHEREAS, GOLDEN TRIANGLE, INC. , Borrower, executed that ~

certain note (Existing Note) in favor of the Central Bank in Fort
Lauderdale, Lender, dated September 22, 1971, in the original prin-
cipal amount of Twenty Thousand(s20,000.00)Dollars secured by a
Mortgage of same date, recorded in Official Records Book 196, Page

962 of _the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~
ALL that part of Section 30, Township 34 South
Range 38 East, lying South of the South line of
, that 150 foot Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control District right-of-way as now established.

WHEREAS, BARNETT BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE, Successor to the
Central Bank in Fort Lauderdale, hereinafter referred to as "Barnett",

is presently the holder of tfie above described Existing Note and ;
mortgage; and -
WHEREAS, Borrower and Barnett have heretofore modified and
extended the terms of the above described Existing Note and Mortgage 't
according to the terms and conditions set forth in that certain
Modification and Extension Agreement executed and acknowledged

~ on November 28, 1973 between the parties hereto; and ~

WHEREAS, Borrower and Barnett are desirous of entering into
a new Modification and Extension Agreement and are further desiroas

of providing for an Additional Advance as hereinafter provided, ;
as evidenced by the execution of a new note (New Note)to be secured
. - ~
by the encumbrance of the described Mortgage; and ~
WHEREAS the undersigned individuals, as guarantors of the
~ obligations of Borrower to Barnett, consent to the Additional
~ Advance Modification and Extension as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, for Ten (~10.00) Dollars and other good and ~

valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from ~

~ each party to the other, the parties hereto covenant and agree as ~
