8, Except as experessly herein modified, all of the other i
terms and conditions of the Existing Note, the New Note and Mort-
gage shall be of full force and effect. ~
9. Nothing herein provided shall be construed as requiring
the payment or guaranty of any interest charge in excess of that
permitted by laws of the State of Florida. In the event any amount
of interest is collected in excess of the permissible amount,-the
excess shall be applied toward principal balance due on the Note.
