STIPULATION
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the undersigned counse
for the parties herein and in accordance with the motion for ~
temporary relief filed by the wife, that:
1. That temporary custody of the minor children of the ~
parties, to wit: Virginia Anderson, age 11, and Tom Anderson,
age 7, shall be with the wife sub~ect to reasonable visitation
- by the husband and with reasonable prior notice to the wife.
~ The husband shall have the option of custody of the children
overnight one day per week. '

; 2. That as temporary support, the husband agrees to pay

; ~ to the wife a total sum of ~15.00 per week, representing $7.50
~ ! er child per week, said payments to begin Friday, February 7, _

~ 1975 and continue each week thereafter until further order of the
~ ~
~ Court. Each payment shall be paid through the Clerk of the '
~
~ i Circuit Court with additional ~1.00 assessed as cost against the
~ ' husband. Al1 payments shall be in cash, money order or cashier's
~ ~
~ ( check. Both parties shall keep the Clerk of the Court advised .
