FINAL JUD(~II;NT OF ADOPTION
THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the day of February,
1975, upon the verified petition for adoption filed bq the Petitioners,
ARTH[kt EDWARD WHITE and GAIL BARBARA WNITE, his wife, and the written
recom~endation for adoption and consent of The Children's Home Society
of Florida; and that the Court having given full consideration to all
of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of the action; that it appearing to _
the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of the
child would be promoted by the adoption, and being otherwise fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the minor child known as ANDREW DAWSON
WHITE is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, ARTHUR
, EDWARE WHITE and GAIL BARBARA WHITE, his wife, and that the child shall

be the child and legal heir of the Petitioners and entitled to all

, rights and privileges, and subject to aZl obligations of a child born ;
~ ~
to the Petitioners in lawful wedlock; and shall be hereafter known as
ANDREW DAWSON WHITE. .
