PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS. FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United StatES of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
~nd the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~ ~
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgaqe Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~~st, securing" ~
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 1g7, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ;
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
_ by an additional principal indebtedness of :1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which _
Modificatlon of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie =
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested F1rst National ~i
C1ty Bank to release the property hereinafter-described, being a J~
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage; ~

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of ~
the premises and the sun of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fift snd ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
~ and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, ~
~ alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
