The undersigned, ~7ILLIL•' JO~ IiOWARD and LILLIE MAE I!OWARD ,
his wife, promise to pay to the order of TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., a
Florida corporation of Manatee Ceunty, at its offices in IIradenton,
Florida, the principal sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00),
with interest ~hereon from date at the rate of ten percent (lOb) per
year, said principal and interest to be payable in the following
manner: -
$250 on the r day of ~.LS 1975 .
and~a like sum weekly thereafter until paid;
provided, however, that for the convenience ~
of the undersiqned and Tropicana Products, ~ a~
Inc., the undersi ned authorizes Tro icana "'`i°~'-~

Products, Inc. to apply to the payment of W~~„~a~
this indebtedness, out of amounts whicn
become payable weekly to Willie Joe Howard
for harvesting services rendered to Tropicana ~
Products, Inc. , five cents ($.05) per box of
citrus harvested by said Willie Joe Howard.
In any event, at least $250 per week shall be _
paid upon this indebtedness, either by the
. above amounts being retained or by other
~ payment of the undersigned. Payments shall be
• applied first to accrued interest and then to
principal. ~
- The undersigned shall have the privilege and option, at
any time, to pay off the enfire principal remaining unpaid, or any
part thereof, together with interest thereon to date of payment
only,, Interest shall be paid upon all sums becoming due hereunder

; after maturity.at the rate of ten percent (10$) per year until paid.
~ = If the undersigned fails to make any payment hereon when

' due, then Tropicana Products, Inc. may declare the entire unpaid

~ balance of this note, including accrued interest, accelerated and
~ due and payable forthwith. The maker promises and agrees to pay
~ all costs of collection incurred in enforcing this note, inclucling

~ a reasonable attorney's fee, and specifically waives presentment,

~ demand, protest and notice of dishonor.

This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith,

~ executed in favor of Tropicana Products, Inc., covering real property
