This cause came on to be heard3'on the Wife's Motion for an
Order of Contempt for the failure of the Husband to ma~Ce the re-
quired support payments to the Wife for the benefit of the minor
child and on the 8usband's Motion for Order of Contempt as to his
rights of visitation with the minor child and counsel of record and
the parties hereto having reached an amicable settlement and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That neither party be held in willful contempt of this

~ 2. That the Husband is in arrears in his payment to the
~
~ Wife for child support pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause
~
E and the Order dated February 12, ~973 and the Order of September 13,

1974 in the amount of $280.00 and is allowed to make up the
~ arrearage by paying $35.00 per week, child-support, in lieu of $30.00
~ a week child support commencing Friday, July 4, 1975 until the
~
x ~
~ arrearage of $280.00 has been paid and then that thereafter the
~
~ weekly support payments will be reduced to $30.00 per week in
~
~ accordance with the Final Judgment entered in this cause.

3. That all other provisions and conditions as set out in
~
~ the Final Judgment entered in this cause and the Order dated February
~
