It appeuing from the evidence before the Court that OORDON RAY
CARRAWAY hae ~rillfully failed and refused to pay the child support as
reqnired by the Final Jedgment of thia Court entered on the llth day of
September, 1974, and is, as of this date, in arrears $600.00, it is
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGSD that for such failure he stands in contempt '
bf thia Court but may purge bimself of this contemQt by paqing the arrears
as folla~rs: $150.00 plus $9.50 Court coats are to be paid to the Clerk's
office i~ediately; xeepondent is to relay to Petitioner througil the Clerl~'s
~ office his incoae tax refund check as sooa as he receives it; the =egular

~ aupport and alinony payments in the amount of $40.00 per veek plus $1.00

~ Clerk's fee are to continue. In Septeaber, 1975, when $15.00 weekly alimQny
~ payments cease, Reapondent vill coatinue to pay $40.00 weekly until arreare ~
