COMES NOW the Defendant, ADOBE BUILDING CENTERS, INC., by
and through its undersigned attorney, and stipulates with the Plaintiff, ;
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PI$ RCE, through

plaintiff's undersigned attorneys, that all matters now in controversy
between this Defendant and this Plaintiff, or which could have been
placed in controversy in this cause, including any claim of priority
of this Defendant's lien to the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage (or the
$100,000.00 escrow proceeds thereof) have been amicably settled between
them•; and it is therefore stipulated and agreed by and between counsel
for the respective parties that an order of dismissal with prejudice
against this defendant be entered herein. '
