ORDER OF COMMITMENT -
This cause coming to be heard, ex parte, on the Affidavit
filed herein by the Wife, DOROTAY G. REES$, and it appearing to
the Court that the Husband is in conterapt of this Court by
making none of the payments ordered to be made by this Court on
February 21, 1973, and the Court being advised in the premiy~es,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows: ~
1. The Husband is found to still be in arrears in child
support payments in the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ~o
I', ($1,502.50) Dollars and 50/100 as determined by this Court on
~ February 21, 1973.

E 2. The ~heriff of St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby

~ ~ Ordered to confine the Husband, ADEN D. REES$, for thirty (30)

3. The Husband may purge himself of his contempt and
terminate his confinement by the payment to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County for the Wife the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Two
~ ($1,502.50) Dollars and 50/100.
