FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of February,
1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines is Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject m tter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exis s between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties.~is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The marriage between JAMES G. MACRELLIS and

~ PATRICIA S. MACRELLIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

~ the parties and each of them are hereby farever freed from the
€ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of GEORGIA JACQUELYN MACRELLIS and JAMES
GEORGE MACRELLIS, JR., minor children of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to PATRICIA S. MACRELLIS with reasonable visitation rights
~ reserved to JAMES G. MACRELLIS.

~ MACRELLIS shall pay to PATRICIA S. MACRELLIS the sum of Fifty-five
