DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
TRIS CAUSE came on for trial the~_day of •
A. D., 1975, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife -
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties ~
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
` 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage_between MICHAEL TOD

I ADDISON and FLORENCE MARCH ADDISON be and the same is hereby forever freed
~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from the '

~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The Property Settler~nt Agreement admitted into

evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are

~ o'rdered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined ?

~ and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annvying, the other.
