FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 5th~day of February, 19?5, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~ the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ' ROOSEVELT MOSS an~3 BETTY MOSS be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from I ' the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. CUSTODY. The Court at this time is making no order affecting the rights of the parties to the custody of the mionr children, but reserves jurisdiction of this issue and ~ directs that the State of Florida, Division of Family Services, ~ is hereby directed to conduct an investigation of the home ~ facilities of said children, which investigation is for the purpose ~ ~ ~ of assisting this Court in determining final custody of said ~ children, and the State of Florida, Division of Family Services ~j ~ is requested to complete said investigation within ninety (90) ~ days from the date of this Order. ~ 3. JURISDICTION.
