O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on January 31, 1975 on the
Husband's Motion for Contempt Order and Other Relief and the Court
.having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of
counsel and being fully~advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the former Wife, BARBAR.A FRANCIS GRAY is not in
willful contempt of this Court.
2. That the former Husband, PffiLLIP FRANCIS, may have the
three minor children, BOI~TNIE FR.ANCIS, CHARLES FRANCIS and PHILLIP -

; FRANCIS, in his custody and control away from the residence of

~ BARBARA FRANCIS GRAY on Saturday morning, February 1, 1975, from

~ 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. and on~Saturday afternoon, February 8,
~ 1975, from 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. That each Saturday thereafter
~ the minor children above named shall be in the custody and control
~ 1
~ of the former Husband, PHILLIP FRANCIS, alternating morning on the
~
~ Saturday following February 8, 19~5 and afternoon on February 15,
~
1975 and each Saturday thereafter in a like manner. The intent is ~
~ that one Saturday the former Husband, PffiLLIP FR.ANCIS, shall have

r; the children in the morning and the following Saturday, he shall have
~
~
the children in the afternoon at the hours hereinbefore set out. The
