In consideration of the payment to GENERAL DE~~EE~OPMENT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, (herein called "General") by
the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF COUtdTY COMMISSIONERS, (herein called ~
"Commissioners") the sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable ~

consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by General,
General hereby grants and gives to Commissioners and their assigns ~

the fol.lowing easements;
(1) An easement f or a per iod of twe_lve (12) months f rom
the date hereof, for the purpose of construction of a temporary dike `
and temporary access road across and through the following described
parcel to wit : '
The East 150 feet of the North 100 feet -
of Section 8, Township 36 Soutn, Range
40 East, less platted lots and road right
of ways as shown on PORT ST. LUCIE SECTIOy

Commissioners also agree to return said property to sub- '
; stantially same condition as existinq on the date hereof.
(2) A drainage easement for purposes of construction of `
