recourse on any Federal Land Bank Association, and without warranty of any kind or
nature, expresa or implied, does hereby transfer, set over and assign te D. J.
Tzimenatos, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, that certain mortgage
from William D. Walsh and Ann Eden Walsh, his Wife to the Federal Land Bank of
Columbis, dated August 13, 1970, and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 188 at page 854, and the indebtedness secured thereby
which is evidenced by an amortization note of the same date.
