to the Court from the evidence presented that:
l. T'he Plaintiffs, ROBERT M. COX and GRISELDA S. COX, his -
wife, and their immediate predecessors in title have held possession of
the followinq-described land in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
The south 120 feet of the following:
Begin at the northeast corner of the

thence south 262 feet; thence east
~ 93.3 feet; thence north 262 feet to
