That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties to-the cause and the subject matter. ~ 2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiffs. ~ ~ i 3. That the Plaintiffs be, and they are, declared to be the ~ ~ . i fee simple and absolute owners of the following-described real property, ~ situate, lying and being in_Saint Lucie County, Florida, to wit: The south 120 feet of the followinq: Being at the northeast corner of the southwest ~i of the southeast ~S; thence ~ south 33 feet; thence west 93.3 feet; ~ thence south 262 feet; thence east } 93.3 feet; thence north 262 feet to - the point of beginning, all lying and being in Section 19, Township 35 south, Range 40 east. 4.
