~ THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made this day of February,
~ 1975, by ROBERT RITTEN a/k/a ROBERT G. RITTEN and GEORGIA RITTEN
~ ~ a/k/a GEORGIA P. RITTEN, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to SIX INVESTORS, INC., a corporation existing under the Laws of

Sun Bank of Fort Pierce, dated October 19, 1972, and re-

~ E~ outstanding principal balance of $38,043.21 and accumulated
interest of $412.86, which mortgage and the debt secured _

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appur- ~

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the ~
