The lien and operation of this mortgage, in addition to the
promissory note hereinafter identified, also secures the
obligation of mortgagor to abide by all the terms and con-
ditions of that certain mortgage from mortgagees fo First
Peoples Bank, now Sun Bank of Fort Pierce, dated October 19,
1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 207 at page 1133
' of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, with a
' j' present outstanding principal balance of $38,043.21 and
~ accumulated interest of $ 412.86 , and to pay the debt
~ ~ secured thereby. It is specifically understood that any
! default by mortgagors in the aforementioned mortgage in
