THIS-CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for Enforcement filed
by MAXINE L. JONES against WILLARD fl. JONES and the Court having considered
the evidence and testimony determines that as of February 5, 1975, WII.LARD
H. JONES is in default in the amount of $639.50, and a Final Judgment is
hereby entered in favor of MAXINE L. JONES against WILI.ARD A. JONES in the

amount of $639.50.
IT IS FURTt~R ordered and adjudged that Respondent hereafter shall

i pay as child support the sum of $100.00 on Monday, February 10, 1975, and ~

~ $100.00 every other Monday thereafter. Each payment shall be made to the ;

~ Clerk of this Court and bq him remitted pramptly to MARINE L. JONES. In

addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check.
