There is excepted from lc~ssee's dross s~les (as ssid
te~n is used herein) the ~uaount of all sales t.~x receipts

~;oveYZU~ental a~ency. ?here shall be deducted from lessee's
~;ross sales (for the purpose of accountin~; to lessor) , the ~
anaunt of uny actu.sl refuncis or eredits nk~de by lessee for
returned merch~ndise, the anaunt +vhereof h~ld theretofore
been inclucied by lessee in lessee's ~cose sules.
Lessee shall keea full, complete and prc~~er books, records,

used lzerein), both for eash and on credit, ~t any time operated
in the demised premises; s~zid boaks, records, ,3nd aceounts,
incltidin~ any s~les tax reports th~~t lessee ra:jy be required
