Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot No. 13 of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,
a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 189 at Page 1677, et• seq., of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the
Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
et• seq. 1965), said description in this conveyance includes, but is not
imited to, all appurtenances to the Condominium Parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned hereto, and including
the undivided interest in the common elements os said Condominium.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. ~
