Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot No. 4 of YENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC. A
Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records 8ook 189 at Page 1677, et seq.s of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Amendments thereto
in 0. R. Book 190, page 2658, O.R. Book 203, page 1837; and O.R.
Book 226, page 395 of said records. As provided for by the Condomin-
ium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711 et seq.,
1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited
to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described,
including the limited common elements ascribed hereto, and including
the undivided interest in the common el'ements of said Condominium.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
