Dollars, and certain ~romises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:

ST. LUCIE, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168
at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condomini~um Act of the Statutes of the
State of Florida (Chapter 711, Et. Seq. 1965), said description
in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all
appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, in-
cluding the limited comnon elements assigned hereto, and in-
cluding the undivided interest in the common elements of said
Condominium.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. ~
