recorded in Official Records Book 189 at page 1677, et. seq., of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominium
Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida, (Chapter 711, et• seq. 1965)
said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all
appurtenances to the Condominium Parcel above described, including the
limited common elements assigned hereto, and including the undivided .
interest in the comnon elements of said Condominium.

and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
