This cause coming before the court on Plaintiff's
motion for final judgment after default, and it appearing ~
that a default was regularly entered by the clerk of this
court on December 21, 1973, and it further appearing that
Defendants, Larry L. Zimmerman and Carol Zimmerman, his
wife, are indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $6,495.51
plus interest in the amount of $893.10, and the amount of

; Chartered, Attorneys, for attorneys fees incurred by the

i Plaintiff, and $35.00 for the costs of this action, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, Sun Bank of
