ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
to Appoint a Receiver and other temporary relief and the Court
having heard the testimony of the Wife and Husband and being
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Appoint a
Receiver is hereby denied and the Husband, LORNE NICHOLSON, shall
be permitted to run said trailer park so long as he shall take
adequate care of his health.
IT IS FURTNER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband
deposit all income from the Road Runner Travel Park into the
business account of the trailer park and shall not pay any
personal bills from said trailer park account.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERDD_AND ADJUDGED that the Husband
may take $125.00 per week out of said trailer park account and
; the Wife may also take $125.g0 a week out of said trailer park

! IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife shall
~ have the ri ht once a week to ins ect the books of the trailer

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband

~ shall pay the medical insurance for both parties as a business

~ expense from the trailer park account.

_ hereby restrained from annoying, harassing or molesting the
s other party in any manner. •
