ORDER .
This matter havinq come before the Court on the 6th day ~
of February, 1975, upon the petition of the Wife for dissolu-

tion of the marriage now existing between the parties and upon
Motions filed by the Husband to Set aside the Default entered
against the Husband in this matter and to continue this matter
until a later date,.and the Court having heard the arguments
of counsel, havinq given full consideration to all the evidence

and being otherwise advised in the premises, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; that both parties agree that their marriage
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; and that there

exists reasonable doubt with respect to the default entered ~
~ against the Husband insofar as it applies to the property rights
i
j of the parties and the affirmative relief sought by the Wife.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: }

= 1. L~ISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Lonzie
~ ~ ;
~ Howard Busby and Betty Nel Busby be and the same is hereby dis- ~

~ solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever free ~
~
~ from the bonds of matrimoney heretofor existing between them

~ and from the obligations arisinq therefron:.
= 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering ~~ith, harassing, annoy-

~ ing, molestinq, bothering.the other party or otherwise upsetting '

~ the quiet enjoyment of life by the other party. ~
