This cause came on to be heard upon the Motion for Payment from
Registry of Court of the Defendants, JOSEPHINE BROWN and EDGAR A. BROWN,
as Co-Executors of the Estate of EDGAR R. BROWN, deceased, pursuant to
Section 74.071, Florida Statutes, F. S. A., for the payment of the sums
of money set forth in the Amended Declaration of Taking herein and the
identical good faith estimates of value set forth in the Order of Taking
herein, as to Parcels No. 102 and 801, said swns having been deposited

in the~Registry of this Court on the 2nd day of December, 1974, and the Court

i being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
