FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
- filed in this cause and the consents of the natural parents, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are desirous of
adopting the child sought to be adopted and that the best interest
of the child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the con-
sents of the natural mother of the adoptee and of the natural . ~
father of the adoptee have been filed herein, and being otherwise ~

fully advised in the premises, it is, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child involved is declared to
be the legal child of the Petitioners, EARL STROUD and DELORES
STROUD, his wife, and is given the name of CATHERINE DELORES
I STROUD, by which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is,

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that CATHERINE DELORES STROUD is the ~
i
j legal heir of the Petitioners, EARL STROUD and DELORES STROUD,

~ and entitled to all rights and privileges as said legal heir.
