THIS CORRECTIVE AHENDt~tENT to the Memorandum of Agreement ;
e~ade as of this 29th day of January, 1975, between N. A. HARDIN ~
(hereinafter referred to as "MR. NARDIN"), HARDIN FLORIDA, INC., ~
a Florida corporation (hereinafter referred to as "HARDIN FLORIDA"),
and HARRISON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida corporation (herein-
after referred to as "HARRISON"), to correct that certain Amend-
ment I dated December 11, 1974 that was recorded in the Public ~

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on December 23, 1974, ±

Official Records Book No. 234, Pages 2337, 2338, 2339, 2340 and ~

WHEREAS, on December 14, 1972, MR. HARDIN and HARRISON ~
did enter into a certain "MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT TASIS, A JOINT ~

VENTURE," (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "AGREEMENT"
or the "AGREEMENT OF DECEMBER 14, 1972")wherein MR. HARDIN and ,

HARRISON did agree to form a Joint Venture to be known as "TASIS"
with said Joint Venture to own certain real property described
in an"Exhibit A" attached to the AGREEMENT; and

~ WHEREAS, the AGREEMENT OF DECEMBER 14, 1972 was recorded i

~ in the Public Records of St. Lucie County on December 15, 1972,
~ Official Record Book No. 209, Pages 237, 238 and 239, and sub- ~

~ sequently re-recorded in Official Record Book 209, Page 1950, ~

~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~
~ WHEREAS, said AGREEMENT OF DECEMBER 14 1972 did in ~

~ error, include in its attached "Exhibit A", certain real property

~ owned by Universal Adams, Inc., a Florida corporation; and
WHEREAS, MR. HARDIN assigned all of his right, title
~ and interest under the Agreement of December 14, 1972 to HARDIN ~

= FLORIDA, pursuant to that certain "ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION ~
" AGREEMENT" dated October 3, 1973, Which was recorded in th~ ~
