Public Records of St. Lucie County on December 12, 1973,
Official Record Book No. 221~ Pages 2287 and 2288, and
WHEREAS~ the parties hereto desire to correct that
certain-"Amendment I" to the "Memorandum of Agreement, Tasis,
A Joint Venture", dated December 11, 1974 recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County on December 23, 1974, Official Record
Book 234, Pages 2337, 2338, 2339, 2340 and 2341 to add HARDIN
FLORIDA as a party to said Amendment I, and
WHEREAS, MR. HARDIN, HARDIN FLORIDA and HARRISON desire
to amend said AGREEMENT OF DECEMBER 14, 1972 so that the Public
Records of St-.~ Lucie County will reflect that the described real
estate is owned by Universal Adams, Inc. and is not the property
of TASIS. '
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS,
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt vhereof
is hereby acknowledged, and of the mutual ~covenants and promises
contained herein, MR. HARDIN, HARDIN FLORIDA and HARRISON hereby
agree as follows:
~ 1. The MEMORANDUM OF AGREEHENT TASIS, A JOINT VENTURE,

dated December 14, 1972, listed on an attached "Exhibit A" the
~ -
real property owned by TASIS. Said AGREEMENT was_recorded in the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County on December 15, 1972, in

! Official Record Book Na. 209, Pages 237, 238 and 239, and sub-
I
~ sequently re-recorded in Official Record Book ho. 209, Page 1950,
~ of th~~`ublic Records of St. Lucie County. MR. HARDIN, HARDIN
~ FLOitIDA and HARRISON mutually agree that a certain portion of the
~
~ real property described on said "Exhibit p" was an error and that
~

~ a certain portion of said real property is, in fact, owned by

r Universal Adams, Inc., a Florida corporation.
2. MR. HARDIN, HARDIN FLORIDA and HARRISON mutually
> agree that the real property described below,_ and situated in

; St. Lucie County, is owned by Universal Adams, Inc., a Florida
