Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT the South 200
feet of said Lot 11, according to a plat
of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 1,
Page 203, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH all riparian
rights_thereunto appertaining or belonging;
