THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Petition of the
C~ ~artment of Insurance of the State of Florida for the entry of an
Order appointing the Department of Insurance ,as Ancillary ~eceiver of
Summit Insurance Company of ?Vew York, and the Court being fully advised
, in the premises finds:
1. Section 631.071, Florida Statutes, authorizes the
~ D~~partment of Insurance of the State of Florida to apply to the Court
, for appointment as Ancillary Receiver of a foreign insurer. '

~ 2. Benjamin R. Schenck, Superintendent of Insurance of the
~ State of New York was appointed Receiver of Summit Insurance Company of
