Section 631.071, Florida Statutes, authorizes the ~ D~~partment of Insurance of the State of Florida to apply to the Court , for appointment as Ancillary Receiver of a foreign insurer. ' ~ ~ 2. Benjamin R. Schenck, Superintendent of Insurance of the ~ State of New York was appointed Receiver of Summit Insurance Company of t - : ` Ne~? York for the purposes of rehabilitation by Order entered on February ~ ~ 4, 1975, by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, ;~ew York County ~ ~ Di~isiuri. - , € ~ ~ 3. Ber.jamin R.
