Ancillary Receiver is authorized and directed to: - l.a. Take immediate possession of all property, assets and ~ estate, includi~g, but not limited to, all offices maintained by Res~}or?dent and all rights of action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and al? property of every kind_whatsoever, located in this state, belonging to or in the possession of said Respondent or its officers, directors, employees or agents pertaining to the Respondent's business, including, but not limited to, all bank account~, stocks, bonds, t ~ debentures, mor~gages, furniture, fixtures and office equipment, and ~ ~ a' real property of said Respondent and to hold all such assets pending ~ further Order of this Court~. ; b. Proceed to collect any and all debts it is feasible to attempt to co:lect, due and owing Respondent, including, but not limited ~o, funds held by a~ents of the Respondent under agency contracts or otherwise, due and owing Respondent, includin~, but not limited to, unearned commissions and agents' reserve funds held by Resp~ndent or others within this 5tate. ~ - ! ~ c. Apply to this Court for further instructions in the ~ ~ discharge of its duties. ; ~ d. Appoint Deputy Ancillary Receivers and employ such cour.sel, i ~ clerks and ass~istants as it deems necessary.
