appeared, ROBERT LEE JONES, who, being first duly sworn,
depose and say that he is the sole owner of the following ~
property:
Lot 1, in Block 1, of AUGUSTA SUBDIVISION, accord-
ing to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, -
at Page 34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Affiant further depose and says that he is NOT the same
~ person as Robert L. Jones mentioned in Judgement in the
amount of $300.01 plus $7.78 costs, filed May 11, 1961,
€ by. Industrial National Bank of Miami against Robert L. Jones
