SATISFACTION, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF LIEN

hereby acknowledged, the said PALM BEACH CUSTOM KITCHENS OF STUART, INC.
hereby releases the property hereinafter described from a
certain lien filed by 1t on September 18 , 19 74 , in Official
Records Book 232 , Page 51 ,St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, for materials or labor furnished to said property, and
PALM BEACH CUSTOM KITCHENS OF STUART, herby declares said lien fully
satisfied, released and discharged and directs that the said lien be ,
cancelled of record.
Said property is described as follows:
New home at 213 Everglade Baulevard. Section called, "Beau Rivage"
on the north fork of the St. Lucie River, consisting of lots 38 and
