describec~ above in (A and (S. ) respectively, and accardiogly said
Notes and pfortg~ges are hereb~ amended as follows: -
A default upon that Note of Borrower to Ba~1k
desc~ibed in (A.) above shall constitute a
default under thar Not~ of Borrower to Bank
described iA•(B.) above, and a default under _
the tern!s of that Mortgage described in (A.)
above shall constitute a default under the
terms of th~t ?~!ortgage ciescribed in (B. ) at 3ve,
and simildrly, -
A default upon that Note of Borrower to Bank
described in (B.) above shall constitute a
default under that Note of Borrower to Bank
described in (A.) above, and a default under
the terms of__that Mortgage described in (B.)
above shall cunstitute a default under the
terms of that Mortgage described in (A.) above.
and that Qxcept as herein modified, sa;d Mortgage Notes, and the
Mortgages given to secure said Mortgage Notes ar.e in all respects
ratified a:~d confirmed.
