IN ADDI'~ION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 7 days of the
due date the payments called for ~n the first mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein
at its ofBice or some other place as designated by the
MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the
MORTGAGEES herein acknowledge in writing, the existence
of th~s mortgage and the amount still due thereon on an
estoppel form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage.
