~ Mortgagee herein agrees to make payments on that certain ex-
~ isting mortgage to First Federal Savings & Loan of Fort Pierce
~ _dated September 10, 1971 and fi3ed of record September 13, 1971
~ in Official Records Book 195, Page 1587 of the Public Records
p of St. Lucie County, Florida, until maturity thereof, and to
~ provide proof, upon demand, that said payments have, in fact,
° been made. Should M~ortgagee fail to ~nake said payments ~on
First Mortgage above-mentioned, Mortgagor Yierein reserves the
right to make such payments to keep said ~irst mortgage cur- ~
rent, and deduct such amounts paid from payments due on this
