FINAL JUDGMLNT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _ THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the ~ day of February, 1975, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect matter of this action; Ghat the relationship of husband and wife now-exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupo~, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- tioner, SHARON HILLS GLENN, and the Respondent, WILLIAM HOLDEN GLENN, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ; them are forever free from the obligations arising therefrom. E 2. AGREEMENT. The separation.and property settlement executed ~ I ; by the parties on the 14th day of January, 1975, was freely entered ( - ~ ~ into by the parties after a full disclosure and of the circumstances i ~ that appear from the evidence to be for the best interests of the ~ parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by refer- ence into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with ; all the terms of the Agreement. : 3. JURISDICTION.
