THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 5th day of February, A. D.,
1975, on the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint and the Answer to Amended

Complaint, together with Counterclaim filed by'Defendant against Plaintiff
and the Court hearing testimony in support of Plaintiff's Complaint,
Defendant's Counterclaim and otherwise being fully advised based on ~

testimony, pleadings and arguments of counsel, it is therefore ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court find in favor of Plaintiff under
~ Plaintiff's_Complaint and assesses Plaintiff's damages in the total amount
~ of $8,500.00, less credit of $2,500.00 paid leaving an adjusted sum due

~ from Defendants ANDREW ALONSO and CARLOS AI,ONSO to Plaintiff, MAC'S CLEAR-

` ING SERVICE, INC., in the sum of $6,000.00 and the P~aintiff shall recover :
