DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG$
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of February, ~
1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
'parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretriev~bly broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORD$RED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this
; Court on January 28, 1975 against the Husband is hereby ratified
i
~ and confirmed.

~ 2. The marriage between RUSSELL T. BENSON and CffisIRLOTTE
~ :
~ H. BENSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~
~ t
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~
~ ~
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~
~ therefrom.

~ 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
~
and the parties are Ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
