DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ,
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLiTrION OF MARRIAG~. The marriage between BE1'TYE B. WILLIA1rLS,
; Wife and ROBERT L, WILLIAMS, Husband be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

f the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

; matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Monika Yolanda Williarttis, minor child of

~ the parties, is hereby award,ed to BETTYE B. WILLIIIMS, Wife with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to ROBERT L. WILLIAMS, Husband.
~ 3. SUPPOgT. Cor~enencing the o'~~ s* day of February, 1975, ROBERT
~ L. WILLIAM.S, Husband, shall pay to BETTYE B. WILLIAi~, Wife, the sum of
~ $~5.~ C each and every week for the support of the child named above.

~ Eaeh payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him

~ remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum

~ of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
T3 All Payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
