FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of February, 1975, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably hroken ~
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ARTHUR JAMES SAMMS,
; Husband, and SANDRA KAY SAMMS, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
i and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga~ions
€
~ ~rising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Sherri Lavon Samms and Kimberly Dawn Samms,
~
~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, SANDRA
~ KAY SANIIKS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,
~
~ ARTHUR JAMES SAI~IS .
~ 3. SUPPORT. Comanencing the lst day of March, 1975, the Husband,
~
~ ARTHUR JAMES SAMMS, shall pay to the Wife, SANDRA KAY SAMMS, the sum of
' Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) each and every week, for the support of the
- children named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to theClerk of this Court and by him remitted
~
~
~ promptly to the Wife, Sandra Kay Samms. In addition there is hereby i
;
~ assessed the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs to be added to
~
~
~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~
